GateGuard is a building entry panel, that uses facial recognition and artificial intelligence, to turn every building into a luxury "doorman" building. Tenants & guests unlock the door with a code and their face, or remotely via their phones. No keys or RFID needed.

GateGuard alerts you when: many unknown faces enter a unit (catch Airbnb, parties, illegal businesses, etc.), if a unit is never accessed (non-primary), or someone unapproved attempts to enter.

It can track your staff, track packages, show apartments remotely, and offer additional services. You can manage it from any browser, on your computer or mobile.

It helps you clear bad tenants, and reward and attract great tenants.

Limit each entry code to one face or track code-sharing to catch illegal sublets, businesses, sub-tenants, and banned guests.

KEYLESS ENTRY

Tenants no longer have to worry about losing keys or RFID tags. (You can pair this with electronic unit locks, or an interior key locker, too!)

Get an alert when unrecognized faces show frequently to a unit. This is often an indication of an illegal sublet / BNB-type operation.

USER EXPERIENCE

When a tenant walks up to the GateGuard Panel, it recognizes their face and has them enter a PIN. They can unlock the door, select from a variety of services, or update their settings.

The panel also enables Visitors, Emergency Services, and Delivery Services to enter, scanning official IDs and recognizing faces to ensure safety.

People can also use the panel to call 911 or 311 (To prevent pranksters, they must show ID and take a “selfie” in the panel). Management can adjust these settings.

Tenant and guests can select from multiple languages: Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, English, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Javanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Yiddish.
When people enter their pin and click unlock, it welcomes them by name and lets them know how much time they have until the doors unlock.

Management can adjust these settings and add delays to accommodate distances between entryways.
Tenants can add & edit guests, schedule pickups, and order services -- all from the panel and/or their mobile device or PC.

Management can select which services are available. Examples only.
Say goodbye to package theft claims, with package tracking from the panel and mobile devices. Now tenants can scan a package, and know when the item is picked up.

Tenants and Management can add custom pickup services, such as the in-building dry cleaner.

It works for commercial spaces, too! For example, Medical Offices can click a button to have samples picked up by a lab.
Tracking a package is as easy as snapping a photo of the barcode (or holding it up to the panel). The system will notify the delivery service and send you a link to track the package.

For non-parcel services, you can snap a photo of the item(s) so the messenger will know what to pick up!
